Sir,
I read the recent publication impact of age and level of experience on occupational stress experienced by non-gazetted officers with great interest. [1] Balakrishnamurthy et al. reported that "The study strongly indicates the relationship between stress and demographic variables such as age and level of experience." [1] I have some points for discussion. First, the studied variables might be few. Indeed, there are many interesting factors especially for the family background of the officers. In addition, the actual jobs of each individual non-gazetted officer might be different. Second, the reliability of the stress scoring system in this work should be discussed.
